As a Senior Information Developer and Process Analyst (contractor) for archivd.com, I worked with the development team to architect and write online documentation, devise educational training, develop persona-specific task information and procedural data. Additionally, I worked with the testing teams to provide alpha testing and to onboard and train beta testers.
The aim of Archivd was to provide a cloud-based archival and collaborative research solution.
